Sie lebt in den USA. Ekaterina Skliar hat zuerst Domra gelernt, sp\u00e4ter kam die Mandoline dazu. Sie spielt regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zusammen mit Alexey Alexandrov (Domra) im Alexandrov-Skliar Duo. 2021 war das Duo Gast bei der Convention der Classical Mandolin Society of America. Im Oktober 2023 wird Ekaterina Skliar beim EXCELLENCE IN MANDOLIN PERFORMANCE Workshop beim URI Guitar Festival unterrichten.
