Sie war die erste Absolventin des Mandolinenstudiums am Trinity College of Music in London und wurde nach ihrem Abschluss zur Lehrerin und nach ihrem Tod zur Honorary Fellow ernannt. Alison spielte in ganz Gro\u00dfbritannien und tourte ausgiebig durch den Fernen und Mittleren Osten; Australien, S\u00fcdafrika, ganz Europa und in den USA. Alisons Stephens hat 7 CDs aufgenommen, Werke f\u00fcr Mandoline solo, Duos mit Harfe (Duo Mandala), Duos mit Gitarre oder Klavier und Solokonzerte f\u00fcr Mandoline und Orchester. Sie hat St\u00fccke f\u00fcr Mandoline komponiert und Noten f\u00fcr Mandoline bei Astute Music herausgegeben.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
