Er ist Multiinstrumentalist und S\u00e4nger, neben der Gitarre spielt er auch Mandocello, Mandola und Mandoline. Kevin Breit ist ein vielseitiger Musiker und er hat mit vielen anderen Musikern zusammen gespielt und bei deren Aufnahmen mitgewirkt. Er hat aber auch mehrere Alben aufgenommen, bei denen er ein komplettes fiktives Mandolinenorchester als Begleitung verwendet &#8211; das &#8222;Upper York Mandolin Orchestra&#8220;, dabei hat er alle Instrumente selbst eingespielt. Neben den akustischen Instrumenten verwendet Kevin Breit auch ein elektrisches Mandocello und eine elektrische Mandola.
