Ziel des Orchesters ist es, die Schweizer Zupfmusik national und international auf einem guten Niveau zu pr\u00e4sentieren. An drei bis vier Arbeitsphasen pro Jahr wird unter professioneller musikalischer Leitung von Sonja Wiedemer und Christian Wernicke ein niveauvolles und facettenreiches Programm erarbeitet und immer wieder in kleinen Workshop-Konzerten oder auch auf gr\u00f6sseren B\u00fchnen aufgef\u00fchrt. Der H\u00f6hepunkt des Orchesters seit seiner Gr\u00fcndung vor \u00fcber 8 Jahren wird die Teilnahme am internationalen Zupfmusik-Festival in Bruchsal (D) im Mai 2026 sein.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Basler Komponist Mike Svoboda hat im Auftrag des Orchesters eine Komposition f\u00fcr E-Gitarre und Zupforchester komponiert<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>f\u00fcr einen spannenden Kompositionsauftrag, denn zupf.helvetica bekommt vom renommierten Basler Komponisten Mike Svoboda ein St\u00fcck geschrieben, das an diesem Festival, wo das Orchester auch vor Fachpublikum spielen wird, zur Urauff\u00fchrung kommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ausserdem wird das St\u00fcck &#8222;Mandolin Extravaganza&#8220; der Komponisten Anina Keller aufgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im folgenden Video stellt Sandra Tinner das Orchester und das Projekt vor.
