Der aus Tulsa, Oklahoma, stammende Eicher wuchs in einem musikalischen Elternhaus auf und begann schon in jungen Jahren mit dem Mandolinespiel. Von seinen Eltern, der Geigerin Shelby Eicher und der S\u00e4ngerin Janet Rutland, erbte er einen vielf\u00e4ltigen Musikgeschmack. Eicher entwickelte eine seltene technische Fertigkeit und tiefe Musikalit\u00e4t auf seinem Instrument und fand gleichzeitig eine einzigartige Stimme im Jazz-Idiom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\">Eicher ver\u00f6ffentlichte k\u00fcrzlich sein zweites Studioalbum mit dem Titel \u201eAccents\u201c, ein Triumph in der Mandolinenwelt, das sowohl lateinamerikanisch inspirierte Eigenkompositionen als auch bekannte Jazz-Standards im Gypsy-Jazz-Format enth\u00e4lt. An dem Projekt wirken zudem einige prominente Gastmusiker wie Victor Wooten, Rory Hoffman, Eli Bishop und andere mit, was es zu einem Muss f\u00fcr Jazz- und Mandolinenfans gleicherma\u00dfen macht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\">Derzeit lebt Eicher in Nashville, Tennessee, wo er mit einer Vielzahl von K\u00fcnstlern aufgetreten ist, darunter seine Frau Marcela Pinilla, die Jeff Picker Band, Alison Brown und Giovanni Rodriguez, um nur einige zu nennen.
